That is awesome customer service. We all make mistakes, but by fixing it rapidly, I couldn't suggest this seller more. The tracking was weird, the seller lied to me about my address being incorrect despite all prior emails and confirmations being correct, and then they refunded immediately despite me expressly wanting the item. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and store. I will be following up with eBay directly. Not around Christmas, y’all… Be warned!
