Premier Pet changed their design and the newer ones suck (when you pull the lid off to add water it also pulls the motor and all up). I’ve been looking around to find this one bc the filter are very cheap unlike others. It was separately wrap in bubble wrap for shipping. I also received a thank you note and a pack of filter. I’m not a fan of paying for shipping but for this I had too. Shipped super fast and received a message thanking me & another when it shipped
