This is a brand new device in original packaging with all accesseries. This is such a good deal for a still capable machine. I factory reset it with no problems. Calling these units used is not doing it justice. My battery cycle was 1 and battery is 100%. It updated to the newest os within an hour of being plugged into the net. No scratches or anything strange! Thank You for a great Mac!

MacBook seems to be brand new, Definitely good quality by it being new. Appearance obviously is good. So far I would say it’s worth it. More likes open box rather than used A++ so far. Of course I will come back in a month or two to give an update on it!
