I missed the first delivery attempt, but the courier was still nearby and came back for a 2nd attempt which was perfect. Kudos to them. I immediately contacted the vendor and he apologized and had me ship those items back. Within a week, I received the correct order and was very pleased with the way the vendor rectified the error immediately. That was great customer service. The sign of a good company is how they deal with their customers and how they resolve issues.
