Despite this, the card is shipped in a white envelope with minimal protection, and the card is badly creased down the center. Yet, the seller refuses any accountability, and denies my return request telling me I likely “damaged it myself”. Absolutely ridiculous. Currently in the process of getting my money back through a claim with eBay against the seller. Mail items take time to travel to you. Also, the item left my possession in perfect condition. You payed for insurance on the shipping for the card. I do apologize that the carrier damaged your card, but You are lying when you are saying "I wait 2 weeks to ship the card". You waited "two weeks" to file a claim, and didnt post photos of it in the envelope. it was removed and the cardboard protectors were also removed to take the photo. Good Day.
