It was a bit of a learning curve to maneuver as I’m not used to a really tight turn radius & the sensitive joystick. The ride is phenomenally comfortable. The larger tires make it easy to go over high thresholds. Having to remove the battery any time I fold it to get in a car is a little clunky but the battery connection is really easy to remove & reattach when I’ve reached my destination. Customer service is exceptional! The chair came really fast. Love it!
