When i reached out wednesday the 16th i was told they were sick and would send it out within the next couple days. Its now the 21st with no updates and no response.

Not sure why the item took almost three weeks to come to my home. Emailed Seller with no response. Had to put a claim with ebay telling them I either want the item or a refund. Seller doesn't have good customer service .

Item was used and not 'new' as decribed...did not have original shrink wrapping around box and did not have the factory applied thermal paste. The thermal paste had been wiped clean with obvious signs of use. Will test to confirm it actually works. I don't appreciate misleading/dishonest listings. If it were listed as used and I decided to purchase it would not be a problem. This item new runs for 9.99 on Amazon, this was a very disappointing purchase.
