My sister has also done an order with you and you used UPS who delivered 3 days EARLY. FedEx literally had my shipment and stated that it was out for delivery for 3 straight days. I finally got it the 3rd day. This was not an urgent package just one I wanted badly and I was headed out of town. Getting ahold of a person at FedEx is near impossible!
