Since August 24th, DHL has stopped standard parcel shipments due to new customs restrictions. At the moment, many additional documents are required for export, which only makes sense for high-value items. Unfortunately, this had nothing to do with your order directly. We truly regret that you could not receive the product and hope that such restrictions will be removed in the future.
