The box was really flimsy and when I open it, the icemaker wasn't even wrapped with protection; there was some plastic bags and dunnage but not enough where the icemaker wouldn't rattle. When contacting them, they just said "that sucks and they don't know what to do" and then stopped answering after that. I had to escalate to ebay so I could return it and get my refundPersonal chiller soft nugget ice maker Silver Stainless Steel (Nr. 405965830880)
