They said it was an internal issue. There was a leak in the battery and the entire thing had to be replaced. It’s now cost me double to repair it. Reaching out to the seller was no help. They tried telling me it was working before shipping which is utterly impossible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. SCAM AND RIP OFF.
