On assembling the shelf unit I noted that most of the parts were drilled out incorrectly and the wood split with all of the supplied screws. The idea is great but the shelf unit is rubbish. I do not recommend this unit, dont waste your money. I had to glue it togeather so I cannot return the unit.

I contacted the seller and they apologised and asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and the very next day it arrived. I was very pleased either way their customer service and would recommend this company.
