The listing said it was brand new, but only the bolts had been opened. It had been put together so that was a lie. When I found the two missing bolts, after looking in many shops and ordering a new set of wheels, the seller told me they would pay me the £16.99 it cost me in parts to complete the used chair. Lots of stalling later I have decided to return the chair. Avoid this seller at ALL cost.
