It was shipped out as soon as possible and I was provided with tracking. It was packed in a bubblewrap mailer and shipped in a box. There were no issues with the transaction, I'm happy with my purchase, very happy with the effort the seller put in to make sure the item would be safe during transit, and I easily recommend the seller. Unfortunately, the USPS mishandled the box. Probably have Ace Ventura working on the shipping line...A corner of the box was smashed and caved in. When I opened the box all looked good but as I unwrapped each glass, 0ne was shattered and it was the one that was in the corner that had been smashed in. Score another for USPS. Wish I had 4 instead of 3 - File a claim???
