Contacted seller and at first was going to give partial payment and I'd keep item. They finally refunded all my money and let me keep the damaged item which not putting on my truck but will order a new one. The price was great for the item though if it wouldn't have had damage. Damage seems to have been done in shipping. Thanks for refunding my payment due to damage.

They replied to to my issue and provided resolve promptly. The product that I ordered was defective from manufacturer which the Seller wouldn't know; but their customer service was appreciated. I will try the Seller for another purchase in the future. Hoping better luck with the product next time.
