Shipped a 14" ceramic owl to me w/ bubble wrap and paper; however, it was not secured around the owl with tape or any other means. When I received it, the outer shipping box was in perfect condition, but all of the packing material was just loose inside and the owl had settled to the bottom and was shattered into hundreds of pieces. This is not the first time this seller has had this issue based on feedback history. Seller delaying refund. Filing claim with eBay.
