When I messaged them they were unapologetic and promised to ship the correct item the next day and provide the number for it. They did not do so and stopped responding to messages. I understand the confusion but the lack of customer support or incentive to ship out the correct item, especially with this big of a price difference between the promised and delivered item is outrageous
