I've seen some negative reviews of this tree and some pictures people have uploaded do not do it justice. A lot of the pictures show the tree incorrectly fluffed. It took me about 45 minutes to fluff it up and I could probably do some more to it to improve the look of it further! Obviously with lights and decorations it will look even better, but I am delighted with it!

In my opinion the bottles are not sufficently packed so therefore leaving it vunerable to damage they should be wrapped in bubble wrap also the carrier is to blame the way the parcels are handled. I am about quarter of a bottle short where their has been a leakage from the top will be reluctant to buy from this seller again through poor packin
