Purchased on the 1st, not shipped until the 12th and delivered on the 15th. They did communicate after I messaged about no shipping update after a week. I was told shipping takes 2-7 days. Mine was 15 days from Texas to GA. When the item arrived it was unfortunately damaged during shipping, but the seller was very responsive and helpful. When the replacement item arrived it was unfortunately damaged again during shipping, but again the seller was very responsive and helpful. They quickly addressed the issue, and the third replacement arrived in good condition with no damage. I appreciate the seller’s communication and willingness to make things right. Would buy from them again.

After a few days it hadn't shipped so I contacted them and I received an email that they made a shipping label for it and then they shipped it a couple days later. So a bit slow on that.
