With regards to the seller, this was a quick response and delivery even though the courier did not keep to the notifications timings ( 24 hrs delay from original time) . The kit was exactly as described and arrived well packed for protection. Price was good in comparison to similar kits available on the site and I am grateful for the opportunity to purchase. Seller now in the saved listing.

10/10. Excellent, Items experienced some rougth treatment sadly in shipping with Royal Mail. Contactacted seller to explain issue with broken off couplers during transit and seller offered to refund or replace broken parts. Refund given for combined postage with additional refund for damaged couplers. I would like to thank seller (Phil) for resolving the issue quickly and professionally. Apart from the couplers the cars were as described and good value .Thank you Phil, your a real diamond.

Item as described. Shipping via eBay/Asendia was not an experience I can recommend. Parcel had 3 separate tracking numbers and information was not always easy to find. I would have preferred the classic postal system if I had the option. As an occasional seller, I used to give the buyers options which included either basic packaging or with added padding, but eBay today wants you to specify shipping costs, which is hard to do if you offer basic or better options
