The Adtran Total Access 912 Wired Router delivers (SIP) Session Initiated Protocol trunks, hosted PBX, and other voice and data services such as (DIA) Dedicated Internet Access without additional investment in a new phone system. The Adtran Access VOIP Wired Router is built on the ADTRAN operating systems platform and includes a built-in IP router and features network security. The Adtran VOIP Router provides users additional analog ports necessary for supporting analog phones, fax machines or modem featuring 12 FXS ports for connecting analog lines, serving as a networked PBX for small to medium size businesses. The SIP VOIP wired router features support for a single auto MDI/MDX 10/100 Ethernet port (RJ-48). This Adtran Access VOIP Wired Router includes a network interface, a DSX-1 interface, a VOICE interface, and a 10/100 Base-T interface. Attaching the DSX -1 interface to an analog line phone system and the Ethernet interface to a switch delivers complete network access for networked devices and power for IP phones and WAP�s ( wireless access points). The Adtran VOIP Router is fax and analog modem compatible and supports local station to station calls as well as offering support for caller ID and Message Waiting. The SIP VOIP wired router supports networking security using SPI/NAT /DHCP server/client. The (QoS) Quality of Service ensures the correct classification and prioritization of delay sensitive VOIP traffic. The Adtran Access VOIP Wired Router is housed in a durable metal enclosure and measures 1.7 inches in height by 17.0 inches in width by 8.5 inches in depth.
