Simply position the red lever of this Slant Needle Sewing Machine to achieve the built-in patterns to decorate the fabric. The presser foot being 1/2-inch wide, this Singer Sewing Machine allows aligning the patch with the needle and foot on whichever side is convenient for you. Having teeth along the pressure foot as well as behind the needle, the Singer 401A facilitates easy stitching, pulling the fabric straight causing less of a mess.
