  Condition was stated as NEW. The item is not NEW. The package had been opened, the clear wrap protection removed, the wires soldered, and the mounting hardware missing.

  Wires have ends soldered from the factory, this is normal. The light is NOT used and it shipped in the factory box. "Film being broken" means people have been looking at it, not that we took it off somebody's ceiling. The "mounting hardware" is on your house, it does not come with light. Strange that you kept the $70 light for $20 and didn't return it :-)
