  Seller overcharged for postage, charging $11.98 but sending in a $9.17 tracked envelope. When I requested a refund for the difference, they went to my page to see what I was charging. Poor customer service. Paid $12 for a bra to be shoved in to an envelope meant for paper documents and a bad attitude. Overall unpleasant experience.
