  The item came damaged and I didn't receive the part shown in the photos! There was no communication.

  The item left our facility in excellent condition. Buyer claimed it was cloudy and wanted a $500 refund!!! Keep in mind we are a repair shop that does all our own work. Why would we not fix it before we shipped it if it was cloudy??? I told him to send it back to us and we would take a look at it and let him know our findings. He never sent it back and put in negative feedback. If he would have returned it, this would not have been an issue!!!
