  Item was as described and parts were packaged securely. In general had an overall good experience. I did have an issue with the unit after installation but within the 30 day warranty period and the seller handled the issue appropriately. Would do business with again. Thanks!

  The seller claimed the wheels "do not have cracks or bends" when three of them were bent.

  buyer claimed the wheels were bent. Gave the buyer the benefit of the doubt and gave him a partial refund to get it addressed at a wheel repair shop. Even though we tried to take care of this buyer there's just some people you can't make happy.
