  I've bought several laptops from this seller (Ed) over the years and all the positive reviews are justified - it's hard to add any more superlatives to the outstanding service he has provided. I had an issue with the most recent system and once we got past basic troubleshooting it was obvious the system needed repair. Instead of that he sent a newly refurbished computer which has been working great since it arrived. Thanks so much Ed for the good you bring to the eBay world!

  Like other reviewers, my experience was excellent. Shipping was fast and my new laptop was well packaged and protected. It's very clean and in like new condition and offers all the features the seller advertised. The seller was responsive to my questions before buying and offers a generous warranty but hopefully I won't need to use it.

  A very nice machine, in excellent condition, as nice as described by the seller. Everything worked right out of the box and I'm pleasantly surprised how similar Linux Mint is to Windows10 (Firefox browser, pre-installed, seems identical). I'm really enjoying this 7490 laptop so far.
