  Shipper added tracking number on 7/11, but device was never handed off to carrier. Messaged seller, no response. Opened item not received case on 7/20, seller replied few days later, saying they’ll check the warehouse as it should’ve shipped. No further replies; case was closed on 7/25 with a refund.
