Price was half what you would pay at stores. The battery was packaged inside a Styrofoam clam shell inside a cardboard box and arrived in perfect condition. The AGM battery was activated and fully charged and started the motorcycle. The battery is as pictured a light gray color.

I had to drive 90 miles to pick mine up or pay an extra $160. The shipper seems honest and reliable but only communicates in the wee hours of the morning. All and all I would do business with them again but I will have a clear understanding about the shipping charges.
