They come as is and sometimes have some old glue residue on the back. The buyer must re-tape the emblems for attachment. *Trains Locomotives are all tested unless mentioned otherwise in the listing.     Appearance wise, this Roof Top Water Tank is leaps and bounds better than I expected. The condition of this item is brand new and I believe is made of hydro cal with an authentic style roof. Shipping cost was extremely fair and shipping time was very expeditious as was the seller’s communication. I’m looking forward to painting this in an authentic color.
