  I don’t have much feedback to leave at this time as I have not received this item. I had ordered one from Petsmart, but it got canceled because they were out of stock and I was desperate so I picked the first item I found and to say it was used I paid too much. I don’t know what type of shipping the seller uses, but I have ordered something from Florida within the same time and it’s been here so I’m very disappointed that is taking an item so long that I very much need to get to me.

  Dear valued customer. I am very sorry that USPS delayed the arrival of your item. As the tracking shows I mailed your item within 15 hours of your purchase. I use the standard US Ground advantage and they are most times very good about being on time allowing me to keep prices low. While i have no power over USPS delays, I can at least absorb the loss myself and have refunded you double your shipping price bc actions speak louder than words. I do hope you enjoy your item.
