  Super stoked I was able To get the part, and get my dads 20 year old MAKITA working again. Just one little piece of feedback, the locking plate on the back of the gearbox was in-screwed, so when I unwrapped the part the cover fell off and the gears all fell out. I was able to re-assemble with the aid of a diagram but there would be some customers who may not be able to do it, so maybe just an extra check or add tape so the back cover can’t come loose in transit.
