Followed up the next morning after late night transaction with picture of item and packing list, letting me know it would ship that day and would follow up again with tracking info which they did. Delivered 4 days later. Great transaction and COMMUNICATION!! Will buy again if they have another seat cause I will be needing another one!!

  Received two of the item as ordered, but both failed. A known issue with the power boards and not the fault of the seller as it only recently has been confirmed. Samsung has created an upgraded power board, but these are very difficult to obtain. Negotiated a settlement in order not to ship dead boxes around the country and very happy with this seller!
