  The item I received was different from the one pictured on the seller's site. After engaging in a bit of back and forth correspondence with the seller pointing out that I intentionally selected the one pictured, and not the one I was sent, which was identical to that offered on other sites and that I did not want, I was given a full refund. The seller responded in this dialogue promptly and conscientiously, and ultimately was fully accommodating. Apparently an unintentional misrepresentation.

  Item as described. Super fast shipping. Works great! The only thing I could say was that it could have been packaged better with some bubble wrap. It was just put in a plain plastic envelope/bag. Luckily, it did not get damaged.

  Delivery was slow, but the Remote Control itself arrived in perfect condition and works as advertised, so I can't really complain. Tracking information was non-existent and only showed the package leaving the source location. The "27 Sep - 1 Oct" delivery estimate turned out to be 2 Oct...
