    Packaging could have been more secure. It must have been dropped during shipping and the box was torn open. The item being brass a soft metal was damaged but with some straightening still usable.

    The item appears to be fine, and I gave two stars because they are the only place that I could find one available. However, my package and that of another buyer were mixed up, so I received the wrong part. I informed the seller that this was an urgent situation, but it still took over three weeks to finally resolve the matter. When they finally shipped the item to me, I again asked for it to be overnighted since it was their error, but that was ignored as well. Frustrating...
