  Sadly, while this was technically a “new” item—as the cellophane wrap was intact—it was clear that it had been through something. Under the wrap, there was a small dent on the lower front and a large dent on the upper front of the Steelbook. Also, the 4K disc was loose, causing some small scratches. The disc appears to play fine, the digital code was valid, and shipping was fast, so that’s good. However, I’m not super happy with the overall condition. This is a lukewarm customer recommendation.
