  I ordered a sign for my mum for mothers day. I requested 4 birth flowers, 1 for my mum and 3 for her children. I was contacted to double check my order and I clearly stated in the message the different months correlated with each name for their birth flowers. When it arrived 2 of the flowers were the same which was wrong. I contacted the seller who asked me to send photos and when I went on to the chat I had recieved another message which was rather rude telling me that it was my fault

  customer had send multiple text messages to rectify the selection of the flowers. looking at the order the correct text had been provided to the manufacturers and this was pure error on the customers side
