  Good motor fixed my Whirlpool Dishwasher (Model DU8400XB-0) Pump. motor 3372625. Well packaged and runs great. My only complaint is the seller highly advertises Same Day Instant Ship both on the product picture and the description. However, I ordered on 9/27/2025. USPS didn't receive the unit from the seller for shipping until 5 days later on 10/2. The unit then arrived on 10/3. So, it took a almost a week to receive the unit. Luckily, the high quality motor made up for the slow delivery.

  very well packaged ! Pleased with effort to get this item shipped quickly. Exactly as described, perfect fit. Quite pleased with the cost of the item & cost of shipping. Someone took a lot of time and care with packaging so it would arrived undamaged. Thank you very much .my experience with this seller was outstanding.

  Item was advertised as new. When item arrived it was not in any factory packaging and had a broken tab. I contacted seller about it and the said some of their new parts do not have packaging and was sorry for the defect on the tab. I responded again explaining that a broken tab is different than a "defect" with no reply. The part is working now but definitely appears to be a used part, which is upsetting if it is listed as new. If I could do it again I would have ordered from someone else.

  says "same day ship" but took almost a week to ship. however the item was a good price, in good condition, looks new as it says it is, and got the dish washer going.

  Finally shipped after I texted seller 3 days later, so much for the “same day ship”. Item said new in original packaging, it was not in original packaging and was not very well bubble wrapped. I don’t think it was new but I needed the part and it did work.
