  The ad says they were selling a Duracell 36 pack of batteries. I expected an unopened Duracell pack. Instead I was sent an unusual gift box of 36 loose Duracell batteries. There is no way of knowing if they are used batteries or seconds that were defective. I wrote to the seller and instead of apologizing or re-sending a sealed pack, I was sent a rather abrupt comment that they had clearly stated that they were sending loose batteries (which the ad did not state). .
