  I stand corrected on a previous review, which I stated that I did not receive the product. I did receive it. It was the miscommunication with the United States Postal Service, not with the seller. There was no problem on the seller side the issue was with the USPS. I received the product. I am happy with the product. It fulfilled everything that was said in the description box and I have actually ordered the product a second time and received it as promised from the seller.

  Stay away from this seller. I canceled an order due to a mixup with the payment method and have been completely ghosted by this seller! No refund has been issued and not one response from the seller. Buyer beware!

  Unfortunately cancellations are not guaranteed nor does eBay indicate they are guaranteed. Our warehouse fulfillment is automated. As soon as an order is placed, it enters fulfillment automatically and we cannot make changes after the fact (3PL, so not our warehouse). We can however accept returns and we are communicating this with the customer now.
