  Seller said that they must have overlooked the condition of the funko pop and offered me a discount to buy another item when they said they still had new pops of what I bought lol make that make sense

  While we did overlook some minor scratches on the window, we gave a refund and return. We also in fact had another one of the same item, but the buyer said that they'd rather "just send it back". We also, as stated in the feedback, gave the buyer an option to have a discount of the item's sold value ($9) applied to another item if there was another item they liked.
