  Description of merchandise said open box, but instead they were very well used. Missing camera holders. In the end, I was sent the outdoor cameras, but again, missing one holder.

  There was a misunderstanding. Honestly I was just looking for an apology. He went above and beyond that. I've had a lot of transactions on here that made me feel like I got "shorted". Definitely not the case here. Would recommend for sure.

  Item would be great if properly packaged for shipping. Item was only wrapped in plastic, bubble wrap, and packing tape. Item was very damaged see attached photos. Keys broken off and heavy damage to upper right hand corner of the keyboard. This was an electronic item. This needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed securely to avoid any damage during shipping. Probably a good seller but needs improvement on properly packaging and shipping.
