  Item is new and as described and about half the price of Amazon or other online shops box had a little damage but that would be during delivery or delivery service [item was well packed for transport] The service from this seller was fab delivery was estimated for Monday but it arrived Saturday Would defo use them again

  This is a good quality laptop for the price and it arrived on time, so overall a positive rating. However, I would have to rate the product description as poor, since the seller ("3_pin_plug_outlet"), despite very clearly aiming at a UK market, with an implied suggestion that their products were well suited for that market, did customers a disservice, by neglecting to mention that this product does not have a UK keyboard layout - though it does have a 3-pin plug⸮
