  Good service and price but not happy that the outer storage packaging was damaged as the seller bent the storage sleeve top over to get the the item the right size for posting, I like to keep the tool in the protective sleeve when not in use and this cannot now be done due to the damaged packaging.

  Excellent Customer Service. Telephoned me to check my vehicle details as I had not seen the email asking me to send VRN. One litre of oil was missing in delivery. My message ws responded to immediately by telephone call to check that I had the correct order and filter. The lire of oil arrived the very next day.

  They were delivered in a timely fashion after the guy called me to say that there was an error on the link he had sent me on my email. Which I hit as it took me to eBay home page and not to the actual product i had wanted (they all look the same on a web page), the man saved me so much time, he was a star! I haven’t received the items yet as I live on an island in the middle of the ocean. I will update when I receive the items . If the product is as good as the service then all should be well.

  Absolutely fantastic service, I firstly ordered the wrong oil/filter and was notified straight away to cancel and reorder, which I did. The new order arrived the next day and a refund provided. A very positive experience and can highly recommend this service, will definitely use again.
