  Earrings are very cheaply made for the price. The “supposed” 14k gold beads don’t look authentic….very dull, no sparkle. Overall the earrings are very small and not worth the price. I contacted the seller to return them and was denied…..no return policy. This makes sense now that I see how low quality the earrings are. I definitely will not purchase from this vendor again.

  Firstly, the buyer is mad that we did not accept the return. They did not read the item description and that is not our fault. Secondly, the local artist that has been making these pieces for us for over 20 years would be quite offended by this persons lack of jewelry knowledge. Our vendor shares all of her material receipts (as required when selling genuine gold/silver with us) Its not our fault this buyer doesn't know what she has. Cheap, however, it absolutely is not.
