  This military grade TQ is recognized as the standard bearer. I received the TQ, pouch and shears quickly and in great condition. Although the shears may not be top of the line, for the price of the TQ, pouch and shears, you cannot do better anywhere I have looked. The Pouch is heavy duty with super stitching and high-grip Velcro. It looks so good on my duty belt that I have ordered another last night for my BOB. Great seller!
