  This item was described as super soft. I I found the material to be rough and not something I can comfortably wear. Seller insisted I was wrong and she was right. I didn’t return it because of the shipping costs. I feel a seller should not make subjective statements about a product because others might not feel the same way. This seller has a 100% rating so that shows she is an excellent seller but we disagreed on a subjective point.

  I'm confused. I never denied the return and told you would refund the money after I received the item back in good order. You told me you didn't know how returns worked and I asked you to contact eBay for help. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I'm sorry you weren't happy.
