  I received the bottle sooner than I expected. It was brand new in an Owala box with the label in tact. It was less expensive than the Color Drop at Owala. Great purchase. Great seller. I’m very pleased and would recommend this seller!

  The item is as described. My only feedback is that we were lucky it didn’t arrive dinged up because there was nothing in terms of padding except for the thin cardboard box that the water bottle was snugly placed in. Lucky for us the package did not evidently experience any rough handling, and all is well.

  The bottle shipped out quickly. Unfortunately, the spring on the lid was broken and the stopper didn't have a pull tab. When I communicated the issue with the seller he offered a replacement. Then he checked the nventory at the warehouse and realized that they had none in stock so he issued a refund. All in all although I was disappointed that the water bottle was unusable the seller was quick to make things right.

  Good Seller. I bought a new Shimano Deore SLX-SM-RT66 160mm brake rotor from this Seller for a good low price. The brake rotor arrived safely and new, just as described. I’m happy with my purchase and I’ll buy from this Seller again.
