  The buyer requested a refund 45 days after they "didn't receive their item" I had responded twice with tracking and pictures of the post office being in possession. I had gone on to contact the Post Master at the USPS location. I asked the buyer if they too could reach out to gain closure....no response from the buyer. It's unfortunate that this buyer never responded to both of my messages regarding this matter. I've been doing this for over 20+ years as a Top Seller! Buyer will be blocked!
