  Package was sent with incomplete address and was returned back to seller by USPS. I got in contact with seller and he took all the neccessary actions so that package could be sent back with complete address. Seller is very professional and responsible! Thank you.   They advertised this item as used but functional and sent it physically damaged and unusable. There were multiple points of external and internal damage inside of a bubble wrapped and Styrofoam wrapped box with no signs of damage to the box. They have not responded to my attempt to contact them upon arrival several days ago. Do not buy from this company, especially not something advertised in "used" condition.

  While there was a problem with the item (it happens sometimes with used equipment), the seller worked with me to rectify the situation, and everything turned out great. Communication was prompt and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better outcome, especially at the price. I will definitely do business with this seller again, and recommend them highly.

  Through no fault of their own, the carrier somehow managed to break the printer in transit. The seller immediately handled the situation and refunded the price and shipping. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

  was shipped quickly and arrived super well packaged. there was an issue with a defect in the device that was not initially noted, however, the seller worked to correct and communications were excellent. otherwise, the device functioned as described. great seller, recommended, will shop with again.
